Have u done enuf??

Many of the ASS members r training their muscles very very hard nowadays...frequent and regular gym visits, protein powder, fat burner, Eggs and other secrets of their own...their aim??: some claims to beat Yaw Ming's(gugukai), some wan2 gain weight(mania Lim), some desperately wan2 attract gals(like me?? huh??), some wan2 conquer mount. Kinabalu(Turbo) and some just wan2 reduce their fat mass(Ah Fat, doghead, hai duan)...So here r some pictures to give u all some visual stimulation:

Cibai... this is personal attack!!! First off, Arnold trained since he was 15y.o. and did nothing else ever since but HARDCORE TRAINING! he did study some business shit, but more like part time study and full time training.

As with medical students, you're happy if u can see demonstrable results within 1mth, which I've clearly achieved! You're just jealous coz Turbo's physique is getting psyched up and Mania's pair of biceps are getting humongous.

And I despise you. You not only go to gym with DildoGuy, you actually picked up the same hobby as him - ie. browsing GAY bodybuilding websites! Sei Hai Yan! Ngo PEI SI NEI!

its said that doing gym can make u short!! Arnold used to be 187cm b4 his training but shrunk to 183cm after the intensive training...oh holly fuck!! a 5cm reduction..which means if i train, i will become 165cm!!

i dun mind being 5cm shorter but having a bi-peaked 22-inch biceps. and i dun think it's de training which shortens him. it is the very heavy muscle mass that screws his joints. plus, he started at 15yo.

that said, no matter what, you're still a pussy coz you still go A&E dept. instead of gym. and i hate hweehwee and torticollis!!!!!
